How daily billing works

Once a day the account deducts one day of your active plan. Here is exactly how that is calculated and when changes take effect.
The daily charge
Your daily cost = monthly cost ÷ 30, covering every active module plus each purchased quota unit. The charge runs once per day.
Real money first
The daily charge is taken from your real balance before any bonus credit is touched.
Then bonus
Once real balance runs out, bonus credit covers the daily cost until it too is gone.
Free trial
New accounts start free
While you still have free trial days left, no daily charge is taken at all. Daily billing begins only after the trial ends.When plan changes apply

You toggle a module or buy a quota unit
It activates right away so your team can use it immediately.

The new daily rate starts tomorrow
Today is not re-prorated — you see the new rate on the Overview at once, but it is charged from the next day.
Runway
The Overview shows your runway — how many days your current balance covers at today's daily rate. Top up before it reaches zero to avoid suspension.
