Moderation & visibility
Applies to version 26.99.5
Moderation is where you turn a day's real work into a clean, client-ready report — and decide exactly what the customer sees.
The publish flow
1
Build
Pick a project and day; the report gathers that day's shifts and costs as a draft.
2
Curate
Hide lines, set worker-name visibility, and choose how subobject costs are split.
3
Publish
The client now sees the report and its charges appear on their statement.
4
Correct or void
Re-open to amend, or void to remove the charges entirely — with an audit trail.
Visibility controls
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Worker names | Show real names, or anonymise as "Worker 1, 2…" — set per project. |
| Hide a line | Omit a specific worker or expense line from the client's report. |
| Project visibility | Hide an entire project from the client portal. |
| Stage visibility | Show only the work-plan stages you mark visible. |
Worker names are per project
Anonymity is a project-level setting — it applies to all workers on that project. You can't show one worker's name and hide another's on the same report.
