Quota auto-buy

Applies to version 26.99.5

Instead of blocking work when you hit a quota limit, the account can auto-buy the next step so your team is never interrupted — with guardrails that keep it safe.

How it works

When you try to add something past a quota limit (an extra worker, project, manager, storage…), auto-buy purchases the next whole step for you and lets the action through. Every auto-buy appears in History and triggers an alert.

Built-in guardrails

  • It won't buy if your balance is zero or negative — auto-buy never puts you into debt.
  • It won't buy if the purchase would drop your runway below the minimum number of days you set (1–30, default 3).
  • It buys the smallest whole step needed (e.g. in 5-unit steps it buys 5, then 10…), never more than necessary.
  • Each auto-buy is logged and sends you a notification.
Heads up
If a guardrail stops an auto-buy, the action is blocked instead and you get a "limit reached" alert — top up or raise the limit manually.
