Top up your balance

Applies to version 26.99.5

Add money to your balance by card, PromptPay, SWIFT or bank transfer — and earn bonus credit when you prepay several months at once.

Payment methods

Available methods depend on your company country, so the Top-up screen only shows what you can actually use.

Card (Stripe)Instant

Confirms instantly — your balance updates the moment the payment clears.

PromptPay / TBank

Popular in Thailand. TBank confirms instantly; PromptPay slips are checked by an operator.

Bank / SWIFT transferReviewed

For larger amounts. We show instructions and a reference; credited once received.

Promo code

Adds bonus credit — applied on its own or together with a paid top-up.

Prepay tiers & bonus

Paying for several months up front adds bonus credit on top of what you pay — the longer the period, the bigger the bonus.

Promo vs prepay
A promo code can add bonus money too. Promo bonus never stacks with a prepay package — you simply get the better of the two.
Heads up
You can apply one promo code per top-up. An "on-topup" code must be entered while paying; it cannot be redeemed on its own.
