Inter-site travel credit

Applies to version 26.99.5

When a worker moves between your sites in one day, REDZ.BUILD can credit the travel time — and you choose who pays for it.

How relocation works

If a worker checks in at a second site while still open at the first, the first shift is auto-closed and flagged as relocated. The gap between leaving one site and arriving at the next is the travel time.

The four credit modes

ModeWho the travel is billed to
NoneTravel is not credited (the gap is only flagged for review).
Leaving siteCredited to the site the worker left (billable to that client).
Arriving siteCredited to the site the worker arrived at (billable to that client).
Worker onlyPaid to the worker but not billed to any client.
Travel allowance
A maximum travel allowance (in minutes) is auto-credited. Gaps longer than that are still paid the allowance but flagged as long travel so you can check what happened.
