Define each tool or machine once, with its rates and tracking mode, and reuse it across every project.

Item details

  • Name, code and category (categories are colour-coded and re-orderable).
  • Tracking mode — bulk pool or serialized units.
  • Rate matrix — per hour, day, week, month or year, with a default billing unit.
  • Deposit and a cover photo.

Status lifecycle

Tip
Serialized units let you track each physical asset's own status and booking history — useful for valuable, individually-numbered kit.
