A practical checklist for your first week. Work through it and you will have a live, tracked operation.

Your first-week checklist

  • Complete your company profile — name, logo, timezone, language.
  • Set your attendance rules — shift hours, break minutes, travel credit.
  • Invite your team and assign each person their rights.
  • Add your workers and their day-rates.
  • Create your first project and set its geofence for QR check-in.
  • Add your clients (and switch on the client portal if you want them to follow progress).
  • Record a few purchases to see costs flow into projects.
  • Run your first daily report and publish it to the client.
  • Check the dashboard — it surfaces what needs attention each day.
Tip
You don't have to do everything at once. Start with one project and a couple of workers; add modules as you need them.
