Company email (SMTP)
Send the ERP’s outgoing mail from your server and address, so messages arrive from your domain instead of the platform’s.
What it covers
When configured, your SMTP handles all the mail the ERP sends on your behalf:
- Password-reset emails
- Two-factor and email-change verification codes
- The email notification channel
Settings
Fill in your host, port, username, password, security (TLS or SSL), and the From address and name. The password is write-only — leave it blank to keep the one already stored.
Test before you rely on it. A Test connection button runs a real handshake with your server and prints a step-by-step trace on screen (with credentials masked), so you can see exactly where a problem is.
Fallback
Your SMTP is used only while white-label is active and a host is set. If you leave it empty — or the add-on is off — the ERP falls back to the platform’s mail server, so email keeps working either way.
