Workers & payroll
Applies to version 26.99.5
Workers are your field crew. REDZ.BUILD keeps each worker's profile, day-rate, attendance-based wages and a running money ledger — and gives every worker a simple personal cabinet.
What you manage
Profiles
Name, position, contacts, hire date, documents and an optional login.
Rates & wages
Day-rate and overtime, turned into wages from real attendance.
Money ledger
Earnings, advances, fines, bonuses and payouts — a single running balance.
Payroll
Finalise unpaid shifts and pay out, net of advances and fines.
How a wage is built
1
Attendance is recorded
On-site time (minus breaks) comes from QR check-in / check-out.
2
Time becomes earnings
Hours × rate = work earning; time beyond standard hours pays the overtime rate.
3
The ledger updates
Earnings add to the balance; advances and fines subtract from it.
4
Payroll pays it out
A payroll run finalises shifts and records the payout.
The worker cabinet
Each worker can sign in to their own cabinet to see their balance and statement, request an advance or time off, and manage payout methods — no access to your back office.
